Customers can enjoy both nationwide and international delivery options when shopping online at Yıldız. Each order is processed for one shipping address only. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders and complete payments for each. Delivery timelines depend on your selected location and delivery type. Please note that for locations outside Dhaka, deliveries must be collected from your nearest courier branch.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can easily track your order using the Order History option after logging in to our website, or by calling our customer service number.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
Please track your order using the Order ID from the Order History page or call our support team for assistance.
What if I am not there to receive the order?
Someone else can receive the order on your behalf. Verification (phone, SMS, order ID, etc.) and acknowledgment form completion may be required.
What can I do in case of delayed delivery?
Sometimes delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery is late, please contact our support team for help.
What if I receive the wrong products or an incorrect quantity?
If you receive the wrong product or incorrect quantity, share an unboxing video of your package. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or adjust the order.
