Return & Exchanges

We allow our customers to exchange or return a product abiding by conditions set for the purpose. You may apply for an Exchange or Return for a product or service within 7 days after you’ve received it.

Conditions for Exchange/Return and Refund:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • The product must be intact with tags.
  • An exchange or return request must be done within 7 days of the purchase.
  • All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipts/invoices and packaging) with barcode tags attached.
  • Each Product is eligible for a single exchange only.
  • Refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges or refunds are not applicable for items offered at 50% or higher, and products on Flash Sale.
  • To report a damaged, or missing product, please share an unboxing video for verification.
  • For furniture products by Yıldız Living, no exchange and return is applicable unless any manufacturing defect is identified within 12 months from the date of delivery.

What if I lose the money receipt/tags/barcode?

We will consider it if you lose the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. In that case, you will need to provide the purchase contact number so we can check your purchase history.
The exchange offer will no longer be valid for any irreparable damage or bending of the tags or barcode.


From where can I exchange the product?

For Online Purchase

After purchasing any product(s), you can exchange them at any of our display points within 7 days of the receiving date. You can also send us your product(s) by any courier service after consulting with our Service Center associate. After receiving the product, we will contact you and arrange the shipment of your exchange product.
It should meet all the conditions specified above.

Please note: If the issue is from our side, we will offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds. Otherwise, the customer will have to bear the expenses of the return shipping.

For Purchase Made at Display Point

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring the product to our display point within 7 days after the product is received. It must meet all the conditions specified for exchange and return.


Receiving Incorrect Quantity and Product Mismatch at Delivery:

If you receive the wrong products or an incorrect quantity, you must provide an unboxing video of your delivered package(s) to support your claim. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or adjust your order accordingly.


How do you return the product(s) to us for Exchange or Refund?

Please bring the product(s) to any of our Display Points. We will arrange for an exchange or refund upon the fulfillment of our conditions.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.

  • For Online purchase: Please return the product to us after consulting with the Service Center. We will arrange a full refund within 10 working days after receiving the returned product(s), upon fulfilling the conditions.

If the issue is from our side, we will offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds. Otherwise, the customer must bear the return shipping expense.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with the reference number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

  • For Display Point purchase: Please bring the product to the same point from where you made your purchase. We will arrange a refund upon fulfillment of the return conditions.

Warranty and Guaranty Terms for Yıldız Living (Furniture)

Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing faults in our products.
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.

Repair or Replacement

Yıldız Living will repair or replace parts as needed during the warranty period to fix manufacturing issues.
Warranty claims require the delivery invoice within the 1-year timeframe.

Post-Warranty Repairs

After the warranty period, maintenance services are available on a paid basis, evaluated by our expert team.

Guaranty

Yıldız Living provides:

  • 5 years against woodlouse
  • 5 years for foam and fiber elasticity

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from termites
  • Misuse, negligence, or mishandling
  • Any non-manufacturing issues

Conditions for Exchange & Return For Yıldız Living Products

If a manufacturing defect is found after receipt, we will resolve the issue free of charge.
